My name is Dr. Rohit Patel MD and I am honored to be joining Evolution Primary Care as a Family Medicine Physician.

I have been board certified in Family medicine since 2011 and obtained board certification in Obesity Medicine in 2014. I have extensive experience in management of obesity and related concerns including Diabetes, Metabolic syndrome , Hypertension etc ,and chronic disease management with more focus on preventive care.
My focus is based on Evidence-based Individualized care and combining life-style interventions, medical management and long-term support to help patients achieve sustainable improvements in their health and overall well-being.

I have been a private Family Practitioner for 15 years in Charleston, West Virginia. I have received my residency training at WVU Charleston Division and have been providing excellent medical care to community members here since 2011. I have now decided to move to the sunshine state of Florida and have found an excellent opportunity to be part of Evolution Primary Care and to continuously provide excellent medical care to you and family members.
